1 How Can I get My Production On Baker+?
We welcome all Machinima Creators and encourage them to request distribution on Baker+. It is better exposure to everyone as your content does not get drowned by the masses of YouTube content. If you would be interested in having your machinima on Baker+, send a mail to [email protected] or reach out to us via our Discord!
2 What Genres Or Types Of Machinimas Do You Distribute?
Baker+ is willing to distribute any type of machinima or genre so long it fulfills our submission requirements and has a certain level of quality and professionality. The most popular games for Machinimas on Baker+ are Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto V and expectedly Hytale when it releases.
3 What Materials Am I Required To Provide?
During the process of getting your production featured on Baker+, you will be asked to provide any and all materials that help to feature and promote your production. That materials include a press kit (see next FAQ for explanation), any trailers, teasers, clips for your production, the movie or episodes themselves, an outline, synopsis and brief description of your production, production credits and any other material that you may find helpful!
4 What Is A Presskit?
A Presskit is a collection of material that will be used for promotion of your production. Presskits usually include any posters (movie/character), thumbnails, production stills, behind the scene content (stills, clips), trailers and clips. Baker+ will be given permission to use these materials independently for promotion across all platforms.
5 Are There Any Requirements That My Production Needs To Meet?
Yes, while we are aware that certain games are only capable so much for machinimas, we have clear and strict quality requirement that every production needs to meet to be considered for distribution on Baker+. You can find them on this page down below!
6 Can I Submit An Episode Of My Series, Even Though The Other Episodes Are Not Complete yet?
No, per our submission requirements, we only distribute shows that are completed. Baker+ can release individual episodes on a release schedule (e.g. one episode per week) or all at once at the desire of the creator. The reason, Baker+ only accepts completed series is that we do not want to have an unknown waiting time between episodes. Applications for distribution may be submitted when the production is near completion (i.e. at the end of post production), so that negotiations can be completed and the production be released at the desired release date.
7 Is There Any Contract Or Agreement I Need To Sign?
Yes, upon acceptance into distribution on Baker+, you will be sent a Distribution Agreement to the terms negotiated previously. That agreement needs to be signed. Therefore creators must be at the age of 18 or have a legal guardian that can sign that agreement on behalf of them.
8 Does My Production Need To Be In English?
No, while it is beneficial to make your machinima in English, it is not required to be distributed on Baker+. If the spoken language, however, is not english, english subtitles must be provided for all episodes/movies/trailers/clips.
9 Where Can I Find Baker+ Designs?
You can find and download Baker+ Logo designs under this link. However, any production must not be named a Baker+ Original or advertised as such, if it’s not the case. A show is not simply a Baker+ Original, because it’s distributed on the platform. Baker+ Originals are productions created by Baker+ (in cooperation with film teams). To produce a Baker+ Original, a pitch to the Executives must be made and accepted. The logos may be used for promotional art or posters (e.g. Streaming now on Baker+) and similar.
10 Is My Machinima Still Eligible, If I Used Copyrighted Music?
It is your liability and responsibility to ensure that you own licenses to the music and content you use for your production. However, as we merely embed your YouTube video on our page, any possible strikes, takedown requests, lawsuits or demonetizations go directly to your channel. This means that your machinima is still eligible for distribution, but does not make your machinima immune to any of the aforementioned risks.
What Do We Distribute
- The provided media must be in Full HD (1920×1080) or higher and at least 24 fps.

How to get your machinima on Baker+?
Please make sure that your movie/series meets all the requirements and that your movie/series does not have any errors (e.g. obvious plot holes, spelling mistakes, wrong format, etc.). Fixing errors discovered by the audience and after the fact will only be possible to a certain aspect (loss of statistics/views/ratings may be the result). Baker+ recommends to screen your movie/series to a selected audience before distribution on Baker+ to avoid any future errors/fix requests.
A Baker+ representee will reach out to the provided eMail in the form whether Baker+ considers your movie/series for distribution or not. If your movie/series has not been considered for distribution due to wrong resolution/format or similar quick fixable issues, you may re-submit that movie/series once again with the issue fixed. If it was denied for a reason that is not easily fixable, you may not be able to distribute that movie/series on Baker+ unless the representee informs you otherwise.
If your movie/series is considered for distribution on Baker+, the representee will handle any questions, concerns and similar with you and onboard you on our Creator platform where you can deliver your title to us.
Once released, Baker+ will provide you with statistics, ratings and more of your movie/series.
